At Gnosis Coffee Roasters, we roast small batches of specialty grade coffee to bring out the natural flavor already living inside the bean. Using a Typhoon fluid bed air roaster instead of the traditional drum, we get a cleaner, more even roast with brighter, more distinct flavor in every cup.

We keep our lineup simple and our sourcing intentional: single origin coffees from Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Guatemala, and beyond, alongside a few thoughtfully built blends. Every bag is roasted fresh to order in Lewisburg, PA.
