This blend of Central and South American coffees produces sweet & smooth, balanced espresso that pairs perfectly with steamed milk or as a straight shot.

Sophia means wisdom in Greek. The shamans in ancient cultures would seek out Sophia’s wisdom to guide their tribal cultures toward wisdom and prosperity. I think we could use a bit of that in our society today :)
