Pink Bourbon is my absolute favorite coffee. Its unparalleled sweetness, intertwined with complex fruit and floral notes, creates a beautifully balanced and elegant cup. 

This offering is a washed Pink Bourbon grown in the high elevations of Finca la Vega in Huila, Colombia, a region known for producing bright, clean, and expressive coffees. Pink Bourbon is a rare coffee variety valued for its floral aromatics and elegant acidity, and the washed process further emphasizes clarity in the cup. You’ll find notes of jasmine and soft florals, honey-like sweetness, and sparkling pink grapefruit acidity, balanced by ripe red currant and hints of caramel. A light, tea-like body and clean finish reflect both the Pink Bourbon variety and Huila’s signature profile.
